• We use the best quality boxes to ensure that your purchase will be received in the same condition we shipped it in.
  
  
• We will surround your purchase with paper and/or styrofoam peanuts to prevent the item from being crushed. Each item is enclosed in a plastic bag to guard against dust and dirt.
  
  
• Your purchase will look the same when received, as it did when you originally fell in love with it on the web site.
  
  
• If you have questions concerning whether a package has been shipped, you may access the USPS (United States Post Office) web site at www.usps.gov/cttgate and enter the tracking number given to you on your confirmation notice. We normally ship our products via Priority Mail. You should receive your purchase within three business days after receiving our confirmation notice. "When viewing items on your site, measurements are given like, 25" round by 7" tall, 19" arrangement. What do these measurement mean?"

Measurements are given for each item. Containers are measured that either round or square, as well as the height of the container. The last measurement indicates the height of the entire arrangement. Pictures do not always give you the size of the arrangement and CK Wreaths wants to make sure that the buyer has all of the information necessary to make a decision.
