Shipping:
  • We use the best quality boxes to ensure that your purchase will be received in the same condition we shipped it in.

  • We will surround your purchase with paper and/or styrofoam peanuts to prevent the item from being crushed. Each item is enclosed in a plastic bag to guard against dust and dirt.

  • Your purchase will look the same when received, as it did when you originally fell in love with it on the web site.

  • If you have questions concerning whether a package has been shipped, you may access the USPS (United States Post Office) web site at www.usps.gov/cottage and enter the tracking number given to you on your confirmation notice. We normally ship our products via Priority Mail. You should receive your purchase within three business days after receiving our confirmation notice. See our section on Shipping to access tracking information.

"When viewing items on your site, measurements are given like, 25" round by 7" tall, 19" arrangement. What do these measurement mean?"

Measurements are given for each item. Containers are measured that either round or square, as well as the height of the container. The last measurement indicates the height of the entire arrangement. Pictures do not always give you the size of the arrangement and CK Wreaths wants to make sure that the buyer has all of the information necessary to make a decision.

"How do I know when my package will arrive?"

 Purchases are shipped using US Priority Mail or UPS and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days depending on the distance.  To obtain confirmation that the package has been delivered, you can access our Pack Track feature and enter the tracking number we provide. Should
you have any questions about using this feature, contact us at (308) 432-6589 and we'll be happy to assist.

"Can I put silk flower wreaths on my front door if the door is not in a protected area?"

If the wreath is in the direct sunlight, some fading will occur, and if the wreath has dried Eucalyptus in it, the Eucalyptus can stain the surrounding silk flowers if it becomes overly wet.  Our wreaths are fairly sturdy, but they should not be left out in strong winds. Any items that cannot withstand
an outdoor environment will be labeled as such. Most of our items can be displayed outdoors, however, keep in mind that all items should be
protected from the outside environment if you want the arrangement to last. Even in your home, arrangements and wreaths should not be placed
in direct sunlight.

"Do you ship to international addresses?"

Yes, we can ship internationally.  Please email us at cakoski@hotmail.com or call (308) 432-6589 to determine the shipping charges.

"Can I cancel an order?"

Yes. See our cancellation policy under Shipping Information. Generally, we do everything we can to make sure that you are satisfied with CK Wreaths,
however, orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt and it's a good policy to contact us directly should you wish to make any changes.

"Why are my shipping charges higher than indicated on the carton?"

We add a $5.00 surcharge to each shipment to cover costs associated with sending out your order. Instead of making this charge separate, we have
